We rely on legitimate interests for analytics and session recording — they are necessary for us to run and improve a small business website, the data is minimised, and we honour Do Not Track automatically. We rely on contract performance for handling your quiz submission and follow-up communication.
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@look-consulting.com with the email address you used and we will respond within one working day. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use one technical cookie (and matching localStorage entry) per browser, set by PostHog, to recognise return visits to this site only. It does not follow you across the web. No advertising or marketing cookies are set.
